This week's memory verse:

Eph 4:32

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

Update

Well, it ended up being a longer week than anticipated............

Wednesday we took Brylie to the doctor and ended up getting IV fluids in the ER. We were sent home with the saline lock still in place (that was fun with a 1 year old let me tell ya!) in case we needed more, then we wouldn't have to stick her again. Personally, I think she was fine with the stick, it was the holding down she didn't like! Anyway, we were to return Thursday morning to a follow-up, with the understanding that if she continued to vomit and have diarrhea through the night she may have to be admitted to the hospital. Of course, she vomited twice and had 2 liquid diapers before we made it back to the dr's office. Thursday morning Brylie became quite lethargic -- not ambulance-worthy lethargic, but enough to be scary (she wouldn't even hold her own head up) and would've taken us to the ER had we not had an appt to be seen. She perked up a bit when we went out into the cold, but still was not herself at all. We got into the dr's office just in time for the dr she was to see get an ER call, and just as I was about to ask if there was anyone with a spot open, Brylie threw up all over! Needless to say they got us right in, hehe.......

Anyway, the dr she saw wasted no time in admitting her -- he looked at her, and said follow me, and we went strait to the nurses station to get our room. We spent all day Thursday, Thursday night, and the first half of Friday there, getting lots of fluids. She started to perk up Thursday night, so we knew it was helping. She didn't throw up once or have diarrhea once the whole time we were there (go figure) and even ate regular food some, but she was still having stomach cramps every once in awhile, poor thing :(

So, we're home now, exhausted, but improving. Peyton is 100%, Jazlyn is still visiting the bathroom on occasion, as am I, and Mike as well. Someday we'll all get over this.

Just another reminder to
WASH YOUR HANDS!!!

Thanks all of your for your well wishes and prayers :)

Oh my goodness, Amy! Try to take care of yourself and I hope that Brylie is still on the upswing. Just wanted to let you know I am keeping your family in my prayers.
