Christmas Part 1
The weekend of the 20th/21st my family gathered to celebrate Christmas! Here are some snaps from that weekend.
Peyton and Jazlyn passed the gifts out. They were in such a hurry it wasn't uncommon for them to give the gift to the person listed as "from" instead of "to" hehe!

Brylie opening gifts with Uncle David and Aunt Ashley. She was still pretty sober here, we had to wake her up from her nap (before the rest of us went insane from the older two bugging us about when we were going to open gifts!!!).Peyton and Jazlyn passed the gifts out. They were in such a hurry it wasn't uncommon for them to give the gift to the person listed as "from" instead of "to" hehe!

I had my sister-in-law Michelle for our gift exchange this year, and got her a Cuttlebug. Those of you stampers/paper crafters will know what a big deal that is, hehe! I had been taunting her about what a fabulous gift she was getting for a couple weeks. I've since ordered myself one with some Christmas money, lol!

Brylie opening gifts with Uncle Jim and Aunt Chelle. She was so funny this year, she had to get EVERY.SINGLE.LITTLE.PIECE of paper off before she would even look at the gift! hehe

Jazlyn opening her music box full of make-up from Uncle David and Aunt Ashley! I don't think a day has gone by that she hasn't put at least the lip gloss on! She's SUCH a girl ;)

Peyton opening his gift card for Uncle Jim and Aunt Michelle - they could barely wait the 24 hours they did to get to Walmart and use them. I think these are some of the best gifts for kids - they know when they get them what it means, and spend a day (or as long as you can keep them away from the store) getting excited about shopping and what they're going to get, then they love the actual shopping experience (and, btw, it IS educational - I can't tell you how many different combinations of toys they can come up with to equal the amount on their cards), then of course is getting the actual toy (or whatever) and using/playing with it!

These last three have nothing to do with Christmas, but I rarely get pics of Mike up here, lol! I was playing around with one of my bday gifts (well, something I got with some bday money) - a wireless remote for my flash. This allows me to get creative with some lighting but placing the flash different places than the normal on the camera right in front of the person.
Peyton was holding the flash behind Mike pointed at the back of his head here:

Then he decided to take the wrapping paper tube (from previous pic) and make a snoot of sorts, lol............and as you can see, Mike had had enough!

Many more parts coming, stay tuned..............
